📋 How do I apply for a government property?
Click "Apply Now" on any property, login/register, and submit your application. A PAMA officer will contact you within 48 hours to guide you through the process.
📄 What documents are required?
You will need: Valid Namibian ID, proof of income (payslip for last 3 months), and proof of residence. Additional documents may be requested based on your application type.
💰 How are rental prices determined?
Rents are set by the Ministry of Urban & Rural Development based on property size, location, condition, and market research. All rates are transparent and published.
🔧 Can I request maintenance?
Yes! Use the "Request Maintenance" button at the bottom right of the page. A technician will be assigned within 24 hours.

⏱️ How long does the application process take?
Standard processing time is 7-14 business days after receiving all required documents. You will be notified via email and SMS.
